What was the highlight of Good Houses Apartment

I have warned you!

Please do not stay at this property.The room was filled with hairs everywhere and even called the staff to see for herself. She promised me that they gonna clean the room but nothing. The doors are not strong which made them insecured. No safety boxes at all. The distance from the main road is rediculiously remote. So many dogs on way there. I even thought of leaving that same day but had no enough money... safety first. Do not advertise this property anymore.

Good

Suitable for family ... the lady in reception cannot speak english but understand sign language..We are 8 including two children ,we booked 2 rooms ( 1 big room 2 beds) and 1 room ( 1 bed) .they did not allow us to stay in 2 rooms . They let us booked another room total 3 rooms .a waste of money.BUT STill happy with our stay

Don't book this property. You won't get anything near this property. Staff don't understand English. The room is not same as its shows on the picture.

Avoid.

Decent sized bed.

Poor location. 30 min walk from the train station. Had to use dark alley ways to get to the apartment. Staff were not at the front desk. Had to phone the number left on the desk if you needed assistance. Showers were freezing. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures attached.

2 HOURS AWAY FROM CITY CENTER

Nice pool, comfortable bed. The lady who runs the place tried her best, in simple Enlgish, to be helpful.

False advertisement! The hotel is not within a walking distance from Udom Suk station, it's actually 3 km away from it. The bathroom is small and not clean, there is nothing to eat in the hotel except take-away fast-food. There is a laundry machine but no dryer, I ended up with all my clothes wet.

Average. Won't stay there again

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.wifi was good. Pool was good, except the pool closes at 6.

No hot water. Room was not clean for the duration of our stay. Bathroom was mediocre.No elevator, we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs.Far from down town Bangkok. Difficulty getting to the various tourist attractions in Bangkok.

It's a comfortable room but too far to travel anywhere of interest

The location was miles from anywhere central you wanted to go even quite a distance to a 7 11 but there was a night market not to far away

What was the highlight of Good Houses Apartment

Generally, we enjoyed our stay there as the most of the time we spent in the city centre.

We liked the swimming pool, however, it closes at 6pm so we didn't have much opportunity to enjoy it as we were discovering the city whole day. Tha staff was very nice and kind :). It's worth that price but to get to the city centre it cost about 250-300 bath one way so now you can decide if you need something more expensive and little noise in the city centre or cheaper on quite place. You can get there quite easily from Don Mueang airport via the A1 bus, then on Mo Chit get on the BTS skytrain and get off at Udom Suk staiton, finally catch the taxi or motorbike taxi to the hotel :).

The rooms are not like shown on th pictures. Not very clean and the bathroom was awful. However, we stayed there only during night so it was ok for us. The location is not good as it is far away from all atractions. But it was quite calm, only birds and frogs singing at night.However,you can use metro or taxi to get to the restaurant and city centre. There is an excellent local market 10 min walk from the hotel.

Good size, clean room.

Good size, clean room. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful hostess. Overall all nice place.

Far away from everything in a Cul de Sac. 30 minutes walk to the Skytrain station to get to the city centre. Closest place to eat 10 minutes walk away.
